Nicely... being sincere, I didn't expect to locate these kinds of data in error, since I did, simply because I merely identified the article even though I had been really running a search throughout Google, looking for something quite shut and not pretty the same... Nonetheless right now I am a lot more than happy to be here and also I want to incorporate that your perception is very fascinating even though a bit questionable in order to my flavor... I might state it's around argument... yet I am just scared to help you our opposing forces, haya, ha, haya... Nonetheless, in case you would want to talk a lot more over it, you need to respond to my own review as well as I will make sure to sign up to ensure I am informed along with go back for much more...

Way-to-go-Sara!
I feel the same way about local vs. organics! Some people I talk to just don't get it. Example- my eggs I get a doz. cage free, hormone free eggs local grower(smile), they just can't afford the stinkin' USDA label! They come a whole whoppin' 20 miles away! Some will fuss over the organic label and they can't be a good as the eggs from up north!!!! Yes we need to support organics but then we need to use our God-givin noodles and think WHY are we supporting in the first place!

Hi! I was just directed to your blog, interesting stuff! I was actually just complaining about the lack of organics in Montana (grew up in Nor Cal). Bookmarked this to check more into later. We're in Roundup and it seems like everything is 50 miles away, so it hardly makes any sense to drive that far just to grocery shop so I can get organics, ya know?

Thank you for the link to recipe zaar, I've never been there before. Me and the kids just whipped up some granola and I think it will taste great once it cools off.

nikki...I'm currently vegetarian (eating eggs and occasionally cheese), but have been vegan and raw vegan in the past.

Jenn...It's pretty easy to find Fair Trade coffee and chocolate now; it's becoming very "trendy" :) Just be sure to look for the fair trade label on everything. Also look for shade grown coffee...it saves the birds! As for clothing...a great source would be American Apparel. American made and fair wages. Great company.

Living on Faith...If you have a large chain grocery store in your area, I can almost bet that they will carry some organics. Even in really small towns across the nation, they are starting to get a lot of organics. Start out with the "dirty dozen" and work from there. The dirty dozen is a list of fruits and veggies that are the worst offenders when it comes to pesticides. Google on it...there is a lot of great info out there. Thanks for stopping by!
