Hot off the presses! I’ve been wanting to revamp my photography site for quite awhile now, and finally got around to doing it. I must be in a remodeling mood lately. Or nesting. Or something. :) Check it out.

Sara, your photography is beautiful. The website is lovely and easy to navigate. You’ve done a great job and I’d hire you in an instant if I was nearby. Perhaps, one of these days, my life will take me out to Montana and I’ll meet you. Until then, I’ll just be a blog-follower and live vicariously through your words.

Melanie…the song is called “Try on Life” by Jes Karper. We met him while traveling…at a co-housing community in Blacksburg, VA. However, he is also a traveler and spends part of his time as a river guide in Belize! Totally wonderful guy and musician. I think his stuff is on iTunes now..Rhapsody for sure. I wrote a post about him here: http://www.livelightlytour.com/2007/12/07/blacksburg-va-shadowlake-village/

    Gen…thanks so much!

Jen…I would love it if you would come to Montana! :)

Amanda…sorry, probably not for a long time! We had actually planned on being there right before Christmas (but that as before Baby #2 came along!) :)

TattooedMama…awwww thanks Jessica :) Thanks for the compliments. I would love to capture your family as well! We will be back in Des Moines in August/Sept of next year and I already have several people booked…let me know as it gets closer if you’re still interested :)

Love the new site…and especially the little cutie you picked for the homepage! What a suprise to see Erin’s face and those blue…blue eyes. She is pretty excited. Wishing you were closer and we could book a new photo session with our expanded family.

    Oh! Beautiful!

I’ve been meaning to write for a while…
Love your blog, love your website…
I used to be a unschooling, home based mom, but lost my way :) Hubby got sick, and the outside world called me to join the rat race, and I answered the call…
Now I am longing to be back home, and your blog gives me a beautiful taste of why…
    Thank you!

Hi everyone! Thanks for the wonderful encouragement. You made my day! As for whether or not I’m coming to your state…probably not :) I wish I would have known when we were traveling this past year, because I was in all of those places! There are a few places we will travel through on our way home: ND, SD, IA, NE, and possibly CO. I’m always open having you fly me in for a quick shoot ;-)

I really like it, though it seems to take a long time for everything to load (longer than other photo sites I look at) so I’m afraid I would move along. I know, I know – good things come to those who wait, but I’d rather not wait on the computer, LOL.

Great job on your new photography website!I’ve been following your blog for some time now, and I think you are an amazing photographer! :o ) Enjoy your time in Bozeman…I was there last summer for a youth conference and it was beautiful and had a great small town feel. May God bless this new time in your life and the little one on the way!

Your site is wonderful! I loved the pics!! I am from MT, and you make me remember again why I love it and it’s people sooo much! I am actually at UND with my family now. If you are driving through campus again, I know of a couple of your “followers” here that probably wouldn’t mind doing a photo shoot with you!
