That book sound exactly what I need. Living as a missionary with my family in Costa Rica can be challenging when I need some natural advise if my girls or us get sick. The internet has great information, but there can be so many different opinions over one ailment. Plus, I don’t want to be searching the web for hours when I need to be with my girls and cooking up wonderful wholesome foods for all of us. This book would be great to have close by. Thanks for letting us know about this book!
