We have spent the last 5 days deep in the redwood forest outside Santa Cruz, California…communing with a delightful family. Sharing meals, hiking, laughing, learning, gathering, breathing, restoring.  The only word that can describe our experience there is “magical”. We are forever changed…and can’t wait to go back again.

    My husband & I got to see that area a few years back. It is truly incredible. So glad you had a renewing time there!

    Ah we were in the Redwoods this month too. So much beauty. We were hanging out in CA for a couple weeks, too bad we didn’t see you!

    I love how the sun spots work in this photo. It really brightens the picture and highlights the brightness of the sun as it is filtered by the trees. Great shot.

    Oh, I am so bummed that I just yesterday found your website and now see your adventures here in CA. Your photo could have been taken from our deck. Next time you come through, please email and we will gladly host your RV for a night. : ) We are another God-loving, small-living, home-schooling family, and our door is open to you! : )
