Simply Love Giveaway

simplylovecustom

It’s the THIRD week of my “Magical Month of Giveaways”! I’m so excited to introduce you to this next mama. Becca is a good friend of mine from Bozeman and she makes the cutest stuff. Her Etsy store, Simply Love,  features the adorable custom onesies that you see above and also custom baby blocks. We have a set that says “LUCIA” and she loves to play with them!

This week’s giveaway is for one custom onesie in either long sleeve or short sleeve. In addition to the giveaway, Becca is offering FREE SHIPPING for readers of my blog. Just put the code “WSLW” in the comments section and then adjust your total accordingly.

To enter in the giveaway:

  • Leave a comment below with the name of your favorite holiday song.
  • For an extra entry, put a link back to this giveaway on Facebook or Twitter (and then do a second comment here that says “FB/Twitter”)

I will announce the winner on Friday, December 11 (deadline for entry is 12:00pm PST).

I am crazy for Sarah McLachlan’s Song for a Winter’s Night. I don’t know exactly what it is, but it’s touches my spirit when I hear it the first time each winter!

“Heirlooms” from Amy Grant’s first Christmas album – makes me warm, fuzzy and choked up all at the same time. But I’m also a sucker for the Chipmunks’ Christmas song ["I still want a hula hoop...ALVIN!!!!"].

I am a lover of most Christmas music – both traditional Christmas carols as well as just fun Christmas songs. Carols: I especially love “O Holy Night”, “Silent Night” and “What Child is This”. Fun songs: “Marshmallow World” and “Sleigh Ride”!

My favorite is the Christmas Song (aka Chestuts Roasting on an Open Fire). My dad used to sing it to us when I was a kid. My first baby was born on November 6, and I’m doing a lot of thinking about what I want her first Christmas to be like…

I think one of my favorites is “All is well.”

“All is well all is well. Lift up your voices and sing.
Born is now Emmanuel. Born is our Lord and Savior. Sing alleluia, sing alleluia, all is well.”

    So. Powerful. Wow!

Wow! What a great give away. I’d love to win. My sister just gave birth to my first niece on Thanksgiving and so the holidays are going to be very special this year. Even if I’m not chosen, you can bet I’ll be making lots of Etsy purchases!

My favorite holiday tune is Hark! The Herald Angels Sing. When I hear the Gloria, it makes my heart sing :)

A very blessed holiday season to you and yours

My favorite Christmas song is “If Only” artist unknown, however if you want to hear it, tune into
91.5 FM, one of the most requested songs. The song tells a story like you are watching a movie, and it is hard not to cry. It tells of a family going off to church, while the Dad stays at home and snow is falling. There are animals that try to get warm and he tries to get them into the barn, but they will not go. Ultimately, he falls to his knees in the snow, and he understands he too, is like them, who will not go to his Fathers house, for love and warmth. The song is like a gift.
