Mom’s famous caramel rolls for breakfast…a Christmas morning tradition. Hope your Christmas was joy-filled! More photos from our celebration here.
This is officially the last day of the December Photo Challenge. It has been so much fun and it’s forced me to be more present in my daily life, taking note of the details. I liked it so much that I think I will continue it…in some form. Not every day, but whenever I have something to share with you!
Love love love you all…Merry Christmas!

Candyce…it’s a secret recipe, so don’t tell
Nana’s Amazing Caramel Rolls
12 pack of Rhode’s frozen cinnamon rolls
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup white sugar or turbinado
1/2 cup brown sugar
Melt that down in a sauce pan and then add 3/4 cup melted vanilla ice cream to it. Pour that over the frozen cinnamon rolls (which you have lined up in a 9 x 13 pan).
Cover and leave out at room temperature overnight.
In the morning, cook at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Flip them upside down onto a cookie sheet.
Enjoy!
