Free Spirit

…her sense of accomplishment and her mad climbing skills.

…her free spirit.

…the connection Matt and Lucy share. This girl is in LOVE with her Daddy.

…iced mate, Flickr, hooping, and travel (all in one photo!)

…her sense of self.

…whimsical rock art.

…tiny toes and chubby legs.

I’ve been working on some new projects, which means more time away from the RV..and I miss my little loves! I suppose it would help if I didn’t listen to sappy soundtracks while I work. ;)

Ohh….but they are magical. They are unique. They are inspiring. They are sometimes exhausting. :) They are mine. I find so much joy in family.

What do you love today? What is bringing you joy?

What wonderful candids of your family. There’s nothing like a soundtrack to make you sappy, huh? What are you listening to?

Is the pic of Bella at some kind of fair? Looks like fun for little and big princesses alike!

Ok, finding joy… I’m having a little trouble with that at the moment, so my goal for today is to FIND the joy that I’m sure is around me.

I am having the best time ever living on the road! Today I met a family that lives in a tent full time! It was so inspiring to see others doing what they could to live simple. We had a play date with the kids today and what a joy it was! I love the diversity that’s out here!

Hey Sara! Where did you find that cute little kitchen? It’s so small and compact, exactly what I’ve been looking for.

What brought me joy today… it rained (a rare thing in Phoenix) and my little girl who just started crawling went crazy outside zipping this way and that in the drizzle and splashing around in the puddles. It was fantastic to see her so happy and loving the weather. :)

Tea, good music, dancing with Valentine, her smile, and watching her learn.

Thanks for sharing what your family is doing these days. How big and mobile Lucy has gotten!

My joy for the weekend…. My hubby and I going with our two best friends on farm tours tomorrow! Hitting up an organic herb farm with workshops and a labrinth the owner built in memory of her dearly departed husband :)

Was just wondering while looking at your cute picture of Lucy climbing…what sorts of toys and books you carry on the road with you for your little ones? How did you decide what to take with you and how much space do the playthings take up?
