My Big Girl

My little baby is now a “big girl”. Over the past week she has decided to be done with her diapers.

There hasn’t been much fanfare…she just did it on her own and we’re all so happy! She is still wearing diapers at night, but today we went to play group and even took a nap with just undies and she did great.

And being that she was on a roll with the big girl stuff, she decided to start her own business too. :)

    She looks so grown-up! :)

All my boys toilet-trained very late; I”m hoping it won’t be the same with my nearly-2-year-old girl!

Sometimes ‘they grow up so fast’ seems to get a little out of hand. (That said, I started my own business in first grade, and it lasted a whole three hours before the teacher caught me at it and made me stop.)

Yeah!!! I have a little one who did just the same a few weeks after her second birthday. She just decided one day no nappies, she was sorted day and night within a week.

Love the shot of Lucy on the comp!!

Gosh, she looks so little to have graduated to that status already! How old is she?
The picture of her little feet on the toilet is too cute.
It’s definitely is best when they just up and do it on their own. It usually sticks that way.

Okay, I’m officially “de-lurking” here. ;) But I love your blog(s) and have been visiting them frequently for awhile now! They are just very fun and inspirational!

Congrats on the potty training (or lack of the “training” part!) The fact that she just “got” it is wonderful! We are in the throws of potty training right now too!
