Flying in the Sky

Last night we watched magical puffy clouds forming over Denver International Airport…and then we flew into them. Leaving Daddy and Colorado behind, we jetted to Iowa to spend 3 weeks with Nana, Papa, and other family and friends. We’re looking forward to daily adventures in this land of sunshine and corn…and I promise to share them here! :)

We are going to miss Daddy…but we’ll be praying for him daily as he is in the midst of his busiest and most stressful time of the year. And we’ll be counting the days until we leave for Wide Sky Days in San Diego! Yippeee!

Safe travels, Sara. I’m glad there is still corn in Iowa. Here in the mid-Atlantic this hottest and driest of summers in years have caused farmers to plow their corn under and abandon all hope of a crop. Have a good trip. :)

Safe travels! I guess I’m not the only one who beats a path out of town when my husband isn’t home for days on end….. I thought maybe I was.

I’m happy to see what you’re up to, I miss it when you don’t post. I hope everything is well with you!
