DPP 2012 :: Art Together

Filed under: December Photo Project

This is how many of our mornings are spent. Around our table together. Talking about our day to come. Sister banter. Creativity flowing. I will treasure these days in my heart forever.

    Sarah, where did you get your happiness is not a destination print?

      Hi Heather…
      I got it from my mom, but if you do a Google search for “happiness is not a destination” it brings up stores that have it! xo

    looks like the perfect start to a day :)

    question…. i have three homeschooled girls also, right now the dynamics are a little tricky. i’m feeling a little lost along the way, and our house seems very stresed. i was jsut wondering if you had a ‘routine’ of sorts – does your eldest {i think she’s the same age as mine 9 ??} do any ‘work’ as suchh??

      Hello lovely Polly…
      Because we unschool, our routine is very relaxed and is more of a “rhythm”. Bella is currently interested in gymnastics, art, fashion, and France. So we just go with the flow and branch out into different learning avenues using those as the base. Lucy tends to just come along for the ride :-) We don’t use workbooks, homework, etc. It’s all very organic and easy. You might like reading http://joyfullyrejoycing.com/. I love it for inspiration and encouragement. Hope that helps! Feel free to email me directly with other specific questions. janssenfamily@gmail.com xo
